Thika Highway Flood Control Tunnel
This is a flood control tunnel that is constructed alongside a bridge in Thika super highway. The two tunnels have a total length of 148m and an internal diameter of 1200mm and has a flow capacity 1.8m³/s. This will be effective to control the water flowing through as the area is a flood control zone and limit likelihoods of water flowing over the road.
